**In short:** For product help, bug reports, sales, partnerships and everything else, email contact@serpdad.com. Include your workspace name and what you were doing, and we can help faster.

## How to reach us

Email **contact@serpdad.com** for anything: help using SerpDad, a bug, sales or pricing for your team, a partnership, or something else. We answer by email.

## What to include in your email

The more of this you include, the faster we can help:

1. **Your workspace name.** You can see it in the workspace switcher.
2. **The project name**, if the question is about a project.
3. **What you were doing**, step by step.
4. **What you expected to happen**, and what happened instead.
5. **The exact message** you saw, copied as text.
6. **The page address** from your browser.
7. **A run number**, if the question is about a run, for example "Run 3".
8. **A reference id**, if you saw the error page "Something broke on our side". The page shows a reference id we can look up.
9. **A screenshot**, if it helps.

## What never to send

- **Never send a provider key, API password or token by email.** If a key was exposed, replace it at the provider and save the new key in **Workspace > Provider keys**.
- Never send your SerpDad password or two-factor codes.
