Opening hours and how to find the workshop
The workshop is open from Tuesday to Saturday. You can drop a bike off without booking. For a full service, book ahead so we can give it a whole morning.

On bank holidays we are closed. We post any other change on this page first.
How to book a repair
- Call or email us. Tell us the make of the bike and what it is doing wrong. A short video of a noise helps a lot.
- Bring the bike in. We look at it with you and agree the work and the price before we start.
- Collect it. We call you when it is ready. If we find something else on the way, we call before we fix it.
Where we are
We are at 14 Larch Lane, Norwich, NR2 4PL, in the yard behind the bakery. There is space to lock two bikes outside while you wait.
