1. Billing
The SerpDad plan is billed monthly per workspace, in advance, through Stripe. Your price is the band your workspace joined at: $15, $25 or $35 a month, locked for life while you keep paying. Tax is added where it applies.
Your first plan run is free up to 1,000 keywords, with no card, so you can try SerpDad before you pay.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the month you already paid for, and you keep your exports.
Once the subscription ends, the locked price ends with it. If you subscribe again later, you pay the band open at that time.
3. Refunds
Because you can try SerpDad free first and cancel at any time, we do not give refunds or partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires one.
If we charged you by mistake, for example twice for the same month or after you cancelled, email contact@serpdad.com and we will refund the wrong charge.

4. Provider charges
Charges from DataForSEO, your AI provider and other providers you connect are billed by them to your own accounts. SerpDad does not collect or refund them. Contact the provider about its charges.
