1. The agreement
These terms are an agreement between SAAS SEO AGENCY LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("SerpDad", "we") and the business that creates a SerpDad account or workspace ("you"). By signing up or using SerpDad you accept them for that business, and you confirm you may do so.
SerpDad is a business service. It is not for personal or household use.
2. The service
SerpDad helps you plan website content: it maps a topic from your keyword list, shows missing and overlapping pages, suggests what to write next and prepares briefs, and, as features ship, drafts for a person to sign off. Features marked Next or Planned on our site are not yet available.
We may improve, change or retire features. If a change removes something important you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
3. Your account and workspaces
Each workspace has one owner and can have other members with roles. You are responsible for your members, for keeping sign-in details safe and for what happens in your workspaces. Tell us at once at contact@serpdad.com if you think an account is compromised.
4. The plan and its price bands
SerpDad has one plan, billed monthly per workspace through Stripe. The price depends on when the workspace first pays:
- $15 a month for the first 30 paying workspaces;
- $25 a month for the next 70 paying workspaces;
- $35 a month for every workspace after the first 100.
Your band is set the day your workspace first pays. That price is locked for life while the workspace keeps paying without a break. If the subscription ends, the locked price ends with it, and a later subscription starts at the band open at that time.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Stripe adds tax where it applies. The plan renews each month until you cancel.
The plan has no keyword limit. One plan run can hold up to 200,000 keywords (fair use). Your first plan run is free up to 1,000 keywords, once per verified user.
5. Your provider accounts and keys
SerpDad works on your own accounts with data and AI providers, such as DataForSEO, an AI provider and optionally Ahrefs. You own those accounts. You pay those providers directly for your usage, and you are responsible for following their terms.
SerpDad shows an estimate of provider cost before each run and lets you set a monthly cap. Estimates are not exact. The provider's own bill is final, and SerpDad does not pay or refund provider charges.
We store your keys encrypted and use them only for your workspace's work. SerpDad never resells provider usage.
6. Google Search Console
If you connect Search Console, you confirm you may give SerpDad read-only access to that property. You can revoke access at any time. Data already synced stays in your workspace until you delete the project or workspace.
7. Your content
You own your content: the keyword lists, plans, briefs, drafts and other material you put into or create with SerpDad. SerpDad claims no ownership of it.
You give SerpDad permission to store, process and display your content only to provide the service to you. SerpDad does not use your content to train AI models.
You are responsible for your content and for having the right to use it. Before you publish anything SerpDad helped prepare, check it. A person in your team signs off every page, and SerpDad never publishes to your site.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use SerpDad to:
- break the law or anyone's rights;
- send spam, malware or content that is unlawful or harmful;
- test, attack, overload or reverse engineer the service, or get around its limits;
- access another customer's data;
- resell or share the service with people outside your business without our written agreement.
We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules or puts the service or others at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
9. No promise of results
SerpDad helps you plan and prepare content. It does not promise rankings, traffic, revenue or any search result. Results depend on your site, your content, your market and search engines, which SerpDad does not control.
Data from search engines and providers can be incomplete or out of date. Check important decisions before you act on them.
10. Disclaimers
SerpDad is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms, including fitness for a particular purpose. We aim for high availability but do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Lawyerto confirm: review
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. SerpDad's total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid SerpDad in the 12 months before the claim. 12. Cancelling and ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. Refunds follow the refund policy.
After a subscription ends, you keep your exports. Your provider keys are erased 30 days later unless you subscribe again. You can delete a workspace at any time; its data is removed as described in the privacy policy.
We may end these terms if you seriously break them and do not fix it after notice, or if the law requires it.
13. Privacy and data processing
The privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Where SerpDad processes personal data for you as a processor, our data processing terms apply. Lawyerto confirm: draft or link the data processing addendum
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using SerpDad after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, unless the law requires otherwise. Disputes are resolved as follows: Lawyerto confirm: confirm venue and dispute process under Wyoming law.
