Read results per planned page
Results compares the last 28 days with the 28 before, and with 3 months. A page counts as moved only past 3 positions or 8%, whichever is larger.
Track rankings and AI citations
Rank checks fetch a fresh result for each focus keyword, weekly or daily. AI Overview citations come from results SerpDad already fetched.

Measure reports what moved and by how much. It does not say why a search engine moved a page, and it never takes credit for a change. AI Overview receipts show the cited URLs, not a theory about why they were cited.
We hold our own build log to the same rule: we report impressions on planned pages, and we say plainly that we can't prove SerpDad caused them.

What does SerpDad measure?

Does Measure need Search Console?
Results need it. SerpDad connects read-only, reads 90 days on the first sync, then syncs each night at no cost. Rankings and AI checks run on your DataForSEO key.
How often are rankings checked?
Weekly by default, or daily if you choose. Each check fetches a fresh result. At top 10 depth it costs about $0.0006 per keyword per check on your key.
Does it track ChatGPT or Perplexity?
No. AI visibility covers Google only: AI Overviews and AI Mode.
Will SerpDad tell me why a page moved?
No. It reports what moved and by how much, with the math. It never claims it caused a change and never explains why a search engine moved a page.
