Solutions / Agencies
SEO agency software that gives every client a page plan they can check.
A new client's first week decides the next twelve months. SerpDad gets you from their keyword pile to a page plan with Google's own evidence, briefs your writers can follow and a monthly report that runs itself, by Friday. Here is that week, with real screens from our own workspace.
One workspace holds every client. Your first plan is free up to 1,000 keywords. No card needed.
Monday: the client sends a keyword pile. You send back a price before anything runs.
Every client arrives with a spreadsheet: an Ahrefs export, a Semrush list, last year's agency's keyword map. Make a project for the client, drop the files in, and SerpDad removes exact duplicates. It never merges keywords because they look alike.
Then it shows the cost before it spends a cent. Our own run of 1,797 keywords was estimated at $4.32 to $14.77 and billed $13.10, straight to our own DataForSEO and AI accounts. SerpDad adds no markup, so the client's plan costs you what the providers charge.
Each client can be a project in your workspace, or a workspace of its own with its own keys and billing if they want the bill.
Tuesday: the pitch. The client argues with Google's results, not with you.
The hardest question in any pitch is "why this page and not that one?". Every page in a SerpDad plan answers it with a receipt: the keyword, its live top 10, and which of those results it shares with the other keywords on the page.
This one is real. It is why our homepage targets "topical authority tool" and also owns "build topical authority tool": the two share 6 of their top results. Put a receipt like this on a slide and the conversation moves from opinion to evidence.
The whole plan exports as a CSV, and the topical map as an SVG, so the deck builds itself.
Wednesday: the close calls. Only real ties reach a person.
SerpDad settles every grouping the results can settle. A keyword that shares exactly as many results with two pages goes to the review queue, with the evidence for both sides. Sort them with the client in the room, or before the call.
In Run 2, that was 64 keywords out of 1,797. Your answers are saved, so next month's re-run does not ask again. Try two of ours.
Which page should "developing topical authority" join?
Which page should "topical authority definition seo" join?
Thursday: briefs for the writers. A brief your writers cannot misread.
Every planned page gets a brief built from its own top 10: the angle, an outline with a word budget per section, the questions searchers ask, the facts to include with their sources, and the internal links to add. The writer does not have to guess what the client wants, because the results already say.
Roles keep the client safe. A Writer can draft but cannot sign. An Editor or Manager signs off by name, and drafts land in the client's WordPress, Webflow, Shopify or Google Docs as drafts. Nobody at SerpDad, and no workflow, ever presses Publish.
Friday: the report runs itself. Turn on the monthly report once, for every client.
"Send each client a monthly report" builds one report per client on the 1st of each month: pages shipped, Search Console clicks and impressions on the planned pages, AI Overview citations, and what to fix next. It costs nothing to build, because it reads data SerpDad already stored.
A Manager gets a task to check it. Your agency sends it, under your name. SerpDad never emails a client.
Add "Publish 3 articles a week to WordPress for each client" if you sell content: 13 drafts a month per client, about $2.88 to $5.31 a month per client in provider fees.
What a roster costs. Put in your own numbers.
Provider fees at the rates from our own run and the app's job estimates, plus one SerpDad workspace. Nothing here is a quote: your keywords and models change the numbers, and the app shows the real estimate before every run.
First plans use Run 2's $13.10 for 1,797 keywords, about $7.29 per 1,000. Re-runs on stored results are free. Weekly articles use the app's $2.88 to $5.31 a month per client; the other jobs round to cents.
What SerpDad does not do for agencies.
No white label and no client logins: clients see what you send them. No page is ever published by SerpDad. And every project plans one market, United States, English, desktop, so a client whose buyers search from another country is not a fit yet.

Can I manage many clients in one workspace?
Yes. Each client is a project in your workspace, and there is no project limit. The Clients page shows each client's job runs, open tasks and spend this month. You can also give a client its own workspace, with its own keys and billing.
Do you charge per seat or per client?
No. One plan per workspace, from $15 a month for the first 30 workspaces, with no limit on members or projects. Provider fees are billed to your own DataForSEO and AI provider keys.
What can my writers and freelancers do?
There are five roles: Owner, Admin, Manager, Editor and Writer. A Writer can edit and export briefs and draft articles, but cannot approve runs or sign articles. An Editor or Manager signs off by name.
How does the monthly client report work?
Build a report per client in Measure, then export it as Markdown. The monthly report job prepares one for every client on the day you pick and gives a person a task to check it. Your agency sends it.
Is there a white label or a client portal?
No. SerpDad has no white label and no client logins. Reports export as Markdown, so you can put them in your own template before you send them.
Can I plan for clients outside the United States?
Not yet. Each project is set to United States, English, desktop when it is created.
