Integrations

SerpDad integrations: what connects, what flows where, and what never happens.

SerpDad integrations come in four kinds: the provider keys a run needs, the data sources that feed the plan, the draft targets where signed drafts land, and the task tools workflows report to. Signed drafts land in your CMS as drafts. You publish.

Every integration listed here works in SerpDad today.

Required. The two keys every run needs.

DataForSEO

The top 10 Google results and search volumes every plan is built from. Rank checks, AI Mode checks and the site crawl also run on this key. You pay DataForSEO directly.

Your AI provider

Reads each search result and writes briefs and drafts. Choose OpenRouter (recommended, one key for every model SerpDad offers), Anthropic, OpenAI, Z.AI (GLM) or Moonshot (Kimi).

Data sources. Where keywords and results come from.

Google Search Console

Clicks, impressions and positions per page, synced each night at no cost. Read-only: SerpDad never changes your property.

Ahrefs

Import keyword ideas or the keywords a site ranks for, from your own Ahrefs account. Needs an Ahrefs API v3 key (Ahrefs Lite or higher).

Google Sheets

Read keywords from one column of a sheet in a workflow, on a read-only Google grant.

Draft targets. Where signed drafts land, as drafts.

SerpDad only ever creates drafts. Someone with publish rights reviews and publishes them in your own system.
TargetWhat SerpDad createsWhat you connect
WordPress A draft post, with internal links and meta description Site address and an application password
Webflow A draft CMS item Site token and CMS collection
Shopify A hidden blog article Shop domain, Admin API token and blog
Google Docs A Google Doc in your Drive, never shared Your Google account, with access only to files SerpDad creates

Outputs and extras. Tell your team when something needs them.

Slack

Post to a channel from any workflow, for example when a run waits for approval. You connect an incoming webhook URL.

Linear, Asana and Trello

Create a task when a workflow needs a person, with your own key for that tool.

Signed webhooks

Call your own https endpoint. Each call is signed with HMAC-SHA256. Inbound, a signed keyword list can start a workflow.

Spiral (optional)

The voice pass, which rewrites drafts in your voice. Facts and quotes are hidden from it and restored exactly.

Setup. Connect in three steps.

  1. Add your two required keys

Paste your DataForSEO login and password and one AI provider key in Workspace, Provider keys. Each key is checked live when you save it.

  2. Connect Search Console per project

Sign in with the Google account that can see the property, then pick it. The first sync reads 90 days.

  3. Add draft targets and outputs

Set a draft target per project, and add Slack, task tools or webhooks in Workspace, Connections. All stored encrypted and shown masked.

What it won't do. No integration can publish.

SerpDad never publishes for you. WordPress gets a draft post, Shopify a hidden article, Webflow a draft item and Google Docs a private doc. No workflow block can publish to any site.

Search Console is read-only. Provider keys are encrypted, write-only and never shown in logs, emails or links. Every provider call runs on your key and is billed to you directly.

Which integrations are required?

Two: DataForSEO for search results and volumes, and one AI provider for reading results and writing. Everything else is optional.

Can SerpDad publish to WordPress?

No. It creates WordPress drafts. Someone with publish rights on your site reviews and publishes them. The same goes for Webflow, Shopify and Google Docs.

What does SerpDad do with Search Console?

It reads clicks, impressions and positions with read-only access. It never changes anything in your Search Console property.

Can I import keywords from Ahrefs?

Yes, with an Ahrefs API v3 key from your own account (Ahrefs Lite or higher). Ahrefs charges the units to your Ahrefs plan.

Can I send results to my own systems?

Yes. Workflows can notify Slack, create tasks in Linear, Asana or Trello, or call your own https endpoint with a signed webhook.

Your keys, your CMS, your call.
Connect and run 1,000 keywords free.

Your first plan is free up to 1,000 keywords, with briefs for the top 5 pages. No card needed.
