Workflows / Templates / Keyword pile to WordPress drafts
The keyword pile to WordPress drafts template: signed first, published by you.
This template takes a keyword list to WordPress drafts. It plans the pages, briefs and drafts the top ones from sourced facts, waits for a named sign-off, adds images and screenshots, and stages each article in WordPress as a draft post. Someone with publish rights takes it from there.
Every template asks before it spends and never publishes.
Who it is for, and what starts a run.
Who it is for
Writing teams on WordPress who want the signed article to arrive where they already edit, with its internal links and meta description in place.
Use it when copying from one tool into WordPress is the step where formatting and links get lost.
What starts it
Manual. A person presses Run and uploads a keyword file or pastes a list.
At Use template you can swap the file for Keywords from Ahrefs instead.
From keywords to WordPress drafts, in the order they run.
Each block is a step you can open in the editor. Every step keeps a receipt: inputs, outputs, evidence, provider, cost and timings.
Import keywords
Adds the keywords from the file or paste to the project.
Engine group
Plans the list: top 10 fetch, volumes, grouping by shared results, scope and format, owned pages, parked pages and secondary keywords.
Human review
Lists contested decisions on the Review page while the run goes on.
Generate brief
Writes briefs for the top pages by volume (5 by default).
Draft
Waits up to 7 days for a person to prepare each article, then drafts each section from its sourced brief items only.
Verify
Checks every sentence against its sources with the larger verify model. Unsourced sentences are flagged.
Plan internal links
Places internal links where the anchor already reads in the draft.
Score content
Scores each draft from 0 to 100 with fixes. Advice only.
Sign-off
Waits up to 14 days for an Editor or above to sign each exact version.
Image maker
Makes a header image and 2 section images per article from its own words, with alt text and a caption. A failed image never holds the article up.
Screenshot taker
Takes up to 2 screenshots of pages each article cites, with alt text naming the page.
Stage WordPress draft
Creates a draft post for each signed article, with its internal links and meta description. Every post goes as a draft.
Notify by email
Emails the person who approved the run with the staged drafts.
Stage WordPress draft checks each article again before it sends: zero unsourced sentences, every section drafted, a full verify and a sign-off on that exact version. An article that fails, or that WordPress refuses, is listed with the reason and the rest go on.
Before it spends, it asks.
Approvals
Approve run first, with every spending block on one line each. Then a person prepares each article, and an Editor or above signs it.
The WordPress post is a draft. Publishing is a person's decision, in WordPress.
What it costs
SERPs and volume on your DataForSEO key. Briefs, drafts and verify on your AI key. Images on your OpenRouter key; with another provider's key the step makes no images and says so.
Screenshots, internal links, the content score and staging cost nothing.
What you get when the run finishes.
- A page plan and briefs for the top pages.
- Signed articles with sources, images and screenshots attached.
- A draft post per article on your WordPress site, with internal links and meta description.
- A receipt for every step, including any article that was not staged and why.
No workflow can publish to a site. Drafts and tasks wait for a person. Spending waits for an approval, and every run checks your monthly cap first.
